Low Carb Cheesecake Dessert!

I'm always looking for low carb yumminess, especially since I have a giant sugar tooth. I pretty much crave sugar 24/7, but needed something that wasn't full of sugar, that's when I created this:
My own personal, crust free cheesecake!
Yum
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz cream cheese (1/2 package)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 packets splenda, about 2tsps. or 2tsp real sugar, depending on your carb preference
  • berries, peanut butter, or chocolate
Preheat oven to 350
Mix cream cheese, egg and splenda in a bowl.
Pour into oven save bowl, or whatever you have that is small and can be placed in the oven.
Sprinkle berries on top. I've used strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, all delicious!
If you're not using berries you can try peanut butter and/or chocolate. I just swirl the two in.
Yes, I use sugar free chocolate.
No, it's really not that good.
Now bake. It seems to take a while. I have to be honest and say I've never actually timed it, but you're looking at close to an hour, at least 45min. I didn't say it was a fast treat, just an easy one.
The top will begin to brown and if you stick a fork in it it should come out cleanly.
Remove from oven, let cool, then enjoy! Fluffy and yummy!

Fun for a cozy night in, or for entertaining!
Happy 4th!! Be safe!
